Returns & Refunds


We offer a 28 days returns policy on all non-personalised goods. The 28-day window starts on the day you effectively receive the item. 

Items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which means being unused and in the original packaging. All returned items are inspected on return and may be returned to you should they not be returned in a suitable condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return on items deemed not to be resalable. 

Returns are at customers own cost and we advise using a tracked and signed for service. If your return item is deemed to be faulty, or you have received an incorrect item, we will arrange for the return costs to be covered.

The goods remain the customers’ responsibility until they are received by us so please ensure they are packaged appropriately to avoid damage during transit. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.

Please allow 5 working days for the funds to show in your account depending on your bank. 

We do not offer free exchanges. All returned items will be refunded once they've been inspected. If you need a different item, then you'll need to place a new order.
